How Our AI System Works

2. AI Text Recognition via Pretrained OCR Models
If you upload a file, our AI uses Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to read and understand the text. Our OCR is trained specifically to work with medical documents. It can:

Accurately read and extract key medical details, even from scanned or handwritten files.

Convert this data into a machine-readable format, so the AI can understand and use it effectively.

We continuously improve our OCR models based on expert feedback and the quality of the data we receive.

3. AI Agents for Data Understanding
Once your input is received, our system activates specialized AI agents.

Extract & Store Key Info agent: Identifies essential data from the input (e.g., symptoms, lab values) and stores it in your personal AI memory.

Retrieve Memory agent (using RAG: Retrieval-Augmented Generation): pulls relevant information from previously stored memory to give accurate and context-aware answers.

These agents allow the AI to personalize your experience while keeping only the most relevant information in memory.

4. AI Memory & Context Awareness
Understanding your health isn’t just about one message or test; it’s about the whole picture. That’s why our AI uses a specialized memory with a complex structure to remember key information you’ve shared across conversations or uploads.

When needed, the system retrieves relevant details from your personal memory, like past symptoms, lab results, or important health notes. With this context, the AI can give you answers that are more accurate, complete, and personal.

Our memory is designed to be selective and secure. It only stores essential medical insights, never full documents or unrelated data. And you stay in control: your memory can be updated or removed at any time.

5. Trusted Knowledge Integration
In addition to personal memory, our AI also relies on trusted medical sources to make sure its answers are up-to-date and reliable.

This is the “thinking” phase of our system, designed to mimic how a real medical team analyzes data to form a response.

7. Quality Assurance by AI Agents
Before an answer is delivered, it goes through a quality check by a dedicated AI Agent:

Each response is scored for clarity, medical accuracy, and consistency

If the score is too low, the system will review or regenerate the answer before it’s shown

Only responses that meet our high internal standards move forward to the user

This final step ensures that the output is safe, helpful, and medically sound.

8. Output: Final Answer to the User
Once an answer passes all internal quality checks, it is delivered to the user.

If the user is a licensed medical professional, the response may include:
